Dr. Forouzan Vaghar established Eternal Beauty Medical Clinic with a mission to provide cutting-edge medical aesthetic treatments. With over 27 years of medical practice, she made a successful shift into cosmetic treatments in 2006 and has proudly served the Los Gatos area for more than 20 years. Dr. Vaghar’s passion for aesthetic innovations empowers her to help patients look and feel their absolute best.

About Dr. Vaghar
Eternal Beauty Medical Clinic was founded in 2006 by Dr. Forouzan Vaghar. Dr. Vaghar graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1991 with a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Cell Biology. After completing her undergraduate studies, she attended the Medical College of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with Honors in 1996. Dr. Vaghar completed her Internal Medicine Residency at UC Davis in 1999. She became board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2000 and has been recertified in 2010 and 2021.
In 1999, Dr. Vaghar moved to the Bay Area and has since practiced medicine in various fields, including Hospital Medicine and Primary Care Medicine. After completing additional training in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine in 2005, she opened her private practice in Los Gatos, California, in January 2006. Her mission has always been to provide highly effective and innovative cosmetic procedures in a professional, personal, and private setting.
The cosmetic services offered at her clinic include Neurotoxin (Botox) injections, Dermal Filler (Restylane, Juvederm) injections, Laser Hair Removal, IPL/BBL Photo-rejuvenation, Microdermabrasion/Chemical Peels, CoolSculpting, Exilis Skin Tightening, and XERF.
What sets Dr. Vaghar's office apart from others is that she personally performs all cosmetic and aesthetic procedures. With over 25 years of experience as a physician and more than 20 years of performing cosmetic procedures, she ensures a positive and exceptional experience for both her patients and herself.
